CVD-Mali’s Head of Clinical Microbiology and Molecular Biology, Henry Badji, is a molecular microbiologist with a background in public health and more than a decade of experience in biomedical research. Before joining CVD-Mali, Henry spent 10 years with the Medical Research Council Unit (The Gambia) at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine (MRCG at the LSHTM), specialising in pneumococcal, malarial and diarrheal research.
